Big News from All About Children and Grow Pediatrics!

Important Announcement from All About Children Pediatrics

As many of you know, over the past few months, we have been working with Grow Pediatrics, another local, independent pediatric group, to help support and improve our practice. During that time, it became clear to us that Grow shares the same values and care philosophy that have guided All About Children for the past 25 years.

To continue improving our care and patient experience, we are excited to share that All About Children Pediatrics has fully merged with Grow Pediatrics and will change its name to Grow in the coming months.

By joining with Grow, we are expanding our resources and enhancing our services to better support you and your children’s health and development. While our name is changing, our commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality pediatric care remains the same.

Thank you for trusting us with your family’s care. We look forward to continuing to serve you as Grow Pediatrics!

How will I access my child’s medical records?
Same as before!

There is no immediate change in how you access your child’s medical record. In March of 2026, all families will start to receive notices from our new EMR software with instructions on how to set up your new patient portal account. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach us at 952-943-8200 or patientinfo@allaboutchildren.net.

Will I still be able to use the same patient portal?
A new one is coming!

In March 2026, we will transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) that will enhance workflows for our team members so they can better support you and your family. All families, for whom we have email addresses, will get registration emails to create a new patient portal account and steps to do so. Included in those emails will be instructions on the patient portal phone app, called Healow. We encourage you to create your account once you receive these messages. In the new patient portal, you will be able to: Communicate with your care team Download records Receive and view lab results Request Rx refills Attend virtual telehealth appointments, and much more. If you have any questions or trouble getting signed up, reach out to us at patientinfo@allaboutchildren.net or give us a call at 952-943-8200.

Will there be changes to the services offered?
No!

We’ll continue to offer all current services and will be adding more throughout 2026.

Will my insurance still be accepted?
Yes!

Grow Pediatrics accepts all of the same insurance plans and is part of the same care network.

How do I make an appointment?
Same as before!

Just give us a call at 952-943-8200. Once we have transitioned to our EHR, you will be able to request appointments through the patient portal and on the Grow Peds website.

Will there be changes to how I pay for services?
Yes, but only good changes!

In addition to the new patient portal, Grow Pediatrics also uses a password-less payment portal to make online payments much more convenient for our families. If you've been in for a visit after 1/1/2026, you may have already received a text or email from this system, called Collectly. With Collectly, families will get family-based bills with all of our children included. You can manage your communication settings and add more contacts if you'd like you billing contacts to be different from your care contacts. You can sign up for interest-free payment plans, and chat with a billing representative if you have any questions or concerns about your bill.

Are you still accepting new patients and families?
Yes!

We are always accepting new families.
