New Patient Portal Site!

We are very excited to announce the launch of a new way to communicate with our families.

What is it?

• Patient Portal is a web-based system that serves as a secure communication link between you and All About Children Pediatrics. When you log into the Portal with your private user name and password, you will be able to access certain information pulled right from your child’s electronic medical record at the clinic.

• Secure, encrypted email messaging to communicate with AAC staff

  Brief questions or requests regarding your child’s health record. 

• Ability to make Medication Refill requests

  Allow three days for processing requests, including ADD/ADHD medications.

• View your child’s health summary and print/save certain information like immunization records

  Verify that your child’s medical history is accurate and up-to-date.

• Request updates to their health summary/records and enter new or changed insurance information

  We need to have your most recent information on file in order to bill your insurance.

• Request to view laboratory and other diagnostic tests results

  Various lab and radiology results will be available to view unless further explanation from your Provider is required.
